Slow Fashion - Trace A Pattern From Your Favourite Garment

Do you have that favourite item of clothing that is now becoming a little threadbare? You still love wearing it because it is super ‘you’ and ‘comfy’ however it is faded with a rip or two and so you are now a little embarrassed to wear it publicly?

The solution is to take a copy of the pattern and then make it for yourself! In the fabric or fabrics of your choosing. Making a garment in different fabrics can change a style to be either casual or dressy eg. A lightweight denim and linen speak of a more casual occasion and silk would make the same garment more formal. Or a pattern fabric verses a plain. The choice becomes yours!
